<p><b>Hi, I'm Lyot !</b></p>

<p>I am named after a crater on the Moon discovered by the French astronomer Bernard Ferdinand Lyot (Latitude: 71°N, 58.2°S Longitude: 132°W, 152°E). The latter also gave his name to the largest optical telescope in France!</p>

<p>I am a <b>contemporary and rustic residence</b>, I was born in 1930, in <b>Lyon 3rd</b>. Only a few minutes from the La Part-Dieu train station and <b>20 minutes from the city center</b>, I am very accessible by the T3 tramway (3 min walk) and the D metro (Grange-Blanche stop). </p>

<p>I am large: <b>337m2</b>, enough to accommodate the full and exciting lives of <b>17 happy tenants</b>. My plan for your enjoyment? <b>Two living rooms, two kitchens, dining rooms but also a large garden to share! All in a warm and friendly atmosphere. </b></p>

<p>And because one can want to share a rent but not his intimacy, I offer to each one <b>its night space with shared or private bathroom</b>. Who says better ?</p>
