The Maison des Etudiants du Rhône residence is strategically located in a quiet area; and ideal for the students of the Pôle René Cassin and the Grandes Écoles de l'Ouest Lyonnais. Close to local shops, the residence is close to public transport allowing direct and fast access to the city center of Lyon (3 minutes) and the various train stations (Part Dieu station 10 minutes by metro). The residence has 105 studios of 18 m² to 30 m². The characteristics of our dwellings open the possibility of collecting Personalized Housing Assistance (APL) which is deducted each month from the rent. The monthly rent starts from 241 € * charges included. (If ALS deducted from 120 € for a non-grant student, housing 013 [excluding TEOM on 1/01/17 and excluding EDF]). Administrative fees starting from 190 €. The rent includes: - Electricity and water costs for common areas. - The cold water consumption of the studio. - Elevator maintenance costs, VMC, security equipment. - The daily maintenance of the common parts. Various facilities are also available to the occupants: • Laundry ** • WIFI ** • Access for people with reduced mobility The Student Club +: • Set the application fee in three installments at no cost • Set the deposit in three free of charge • Sign your rental agreement before June 30, 2017 and have the option to cancel until July 17. • Possibility of advance of housing assistance for 3 months ** • Choose your rental start date The resident takes direct charge of:- Electricity costs and subscription for his home to EDF. - Rental repairs as defined by Decree 87-712 of August 26, 1987. - The housing tax. - The tax of household garbage collection. - Mandatory rental insurance (possible underwriting at the residence office). - The contribution to the association ONLE. You can now and until June 30 visit our homes and sign the rental agreement subject to conditions precedent. In case of failure of the baccalaureate, an examination, or admission to a city other than that of the residence concerned, the lease will be canceled and the deposit will be fully refunded after receipt of your proof. * * See conditions at the residence
