The Residence Lanteri -RUL- Association (non-profit-purpose Act 1901) is a Catholic household run by the Oblates of the Virgin Mary (OMV) offering university students an environment that facilitates studies and usability . Located south of Paris (5 km) in Fontenay-aux-Roses, the RUL is served by the RER B, whose station is just opposite. This residence offers very comfortable student rooms and spacious public rooms. With dimensions of 16 sqm including a private bathroom, each room is furnished, equipped with a telephone and internet access -Cable and Wifi- with catering and cleaning service. What is included charges: all expenses are included (water, electricity, heating, garbage, housing tax, internet) The options in the complex: parking car and two wheels, bicycle storage, laundry, gym and music room. The residence offers a package that includes, in addition to room and access to common rooms, breakfast at will, 20 meals per month (with option to purchase of advantage) as well as cleaning the bedroom.
