Each apartment is easily equipped with a kitchen, including refrigerator, cooking equipment and crockery. The apartments also include a washing machine and Wi-Fi. Each bedroom is fully furnished and offers a comfortable bed with fresh linen and a work space. The area offers you several shopping possibilities and excellent connections to public transport. The rental price includes an advance payment for utilities such as gas, water and electricity. Registration at the Municipality is always possible. In addition to the 1st month's rent which must be paid through Uniplaces to reserve the room, there is a deposit which must be paid before your move date as well as one-time agency fees. The one-time agency fee includes new bed linen and end-of-room cleaning. The deposit is of course refundable at the end of your stay if no damage or excessive use of utilities has occurred. The Rental Agreement will only be sent to you once the reservation is complete and you will sign it digitally online before your move-out date. Minimum stay is 3 months with one calendar month notice of termination.
