The building is located a stone's throw from tram line 1 in the town of Saint-Herblain on the edge of Nantes, 9 minutes from the city center of Nantes Station Commerce. Line 1 is direct, 15 minutes maximum from the station and the station at the foot of the building. 485 euros all charges included - including cleaning service in the common areas of the apartment. The shared accommodation is currently occupied by tenants who live in perfect harmony. The atmosphere is very cordial, friendly and they would be delighted to welcome you. Visa card accepted.
