Furnished 5-room shared apartment of 14...
Hello everyone! We're looking for a new roommate to replace our dear Inès, who's leaving us at the end of October. The room will be available from October 31, 2026. It's spacious, with beautiful moldings and a view of the inner courtyard—and a level of quiet that's quite rare for Paris. The bathroom is shared with Maria-Vittoria, so we're looking for a girl for that reason. The room is unfurnished (except for the wardrobe, which is included), but it's possible to buy the bed and desk. The apartment is about 140 square meters, halfway between Châtelet and Hôtel de Ville. Very central, but relatively quiet. And most importantly, no room opens directly onto another: everyone has their own space and privacy. Regarding the current roommates: 🇮🇹 Maria-Vittoria, 28, an Italian architect, loves happy hour and going out, and is easily recognizable by the clinking of her many bracelets. Madeleine, 30, a physiotherapist/osteopath, channels her boundless energy into sports, travel, and countless projects, including impulsive Vinted shopping sprees. Martin, 33, works at a digital health startup, is a photographer, and is the apartment's resident gardener, guilty of a few questionable choices in the living room decor. Even though we lead busy lives and sometimes have different tastes, we regularly get together for an impromptu dinner, a glass of wine, or an art exhibition, sometimes with conversations that last a little longer than expected. We like people who have their own world, things they're passionate about, and the desire to share them from time to time. Fun accounting details: What we pay each month: Rent: €887/month (joint tenancy, by the way) Utilities: approximately €120/month — water, electricity, fiber optic internet, and weekly cleaning. To be paid to Inès and refundable from the next roommate when you leave: Security deposit: €793 Shared expenses: €300 (the apartment is unfurnished, so this covers a quarter of the shared furniture and equipment: fridge, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.) And if you want to keep the bedroom furniture (bed + desk): €350, to be discussed directly with Inès. The clothes in the photos are just for illustrative purposes; Inès was too lazy to get them out for her pictures. If this sounds good to you, write us a few words about yourself, what motivates you, and what you're looking for in a shared apartment. We'd love to get to know you :) See you soon!
