Description of the accommodation

Our four children have left home, and we are offering a room upstairs in our house. The room has a double bed (120cm) on a mezzanine, a desk, a sofa, and a wardrobe. It has a private bathroom and a view of the countryside. The house is non-smoking. Utilities (heating, electricity, water, Wi-Fi) and breakfast are included. A washing machine is available. We offer the option of sharing an evening meal for a small fee of €8 upon request. We have had many students and young interns share o...ur family life. We would like to host a student; having a car is necessary as public transportation is limited in our area. Our house is located in a small, secure complex with parking. We are 15 minutes from Sophia Antipolis, 5 minutes from the sea, 10 minutes from Antibes town center, and 10 minutes from Cannes.
