Tous les commerces sont à proximité : supermarchés, snacks, restaurants, bars, commerces de proximité ainsi qu'un gymnase proposant des activités sportives gratuites (boxe, badminton, remise en forme etc...). Côté transports, tu es à proximité immédiate de la ligne 2 du Métro, avec également un accès facile aux lignes 5, 4 et 12, aux RER ligne B, D et H et à la Gare du Nord sans oublier les multiples lignes de Bus 🎧 À propos de la coloc Je suis musicien et travaille dans le milieu de la musique depuis de nombreuses années : ingénieur du son, DJ et beatmaker. Je pratique également le piano depuis environ un an. Hello! Following the upcoming departure of one of our flatmates, a room is becoming available in our brilliantly located flatshare, right between Arts et Métiers and Le Marais. 🏡 The apartment Spacious (around 90+ m²), bright, and fully furnished, it includes: A large living room with an open-plan kitchen - all south facing with lots of sunlight. 3 bedrooms 2 full bathrooms + 2 Toilets Common rooms and utility room fully furnished, with sofas, oven, dishwasher, tumble dryer etc. etc. The apartment is right in the heart of Paris, in a lively, central neighborhood, with excellent transport links. 👥 The flatmates There are currently two of us sharing this flat: Katie, 30, sports technology project manager, a Brit who moved last year to Paris (still working on her French and don’t worry - doesn’t think English cuisine is the best ever…). Always smiling, full of energy, but not afraid of a good relaxation day. Loves travelling (although annoyingly mostly for work at the moment), trying new things and making the most out of life. Clementine, 35, working as a Protection Officer in asylum in the French administration. A frenchie who has lived internationally for 10 years and found herself returning to Paris for a while. Single handedly supporting Paris's weekend cafe scene, enjoys morning yoga, runs on the quais de seine and solo holidays to new and interesting places. The atmosphere is warm, respectful, and friendly. We enjoy the moments we pass by in the flat, chatting over a cup of tea etc. we enjoy organising meals or small gatherings too (always with everyones agreement) but also respecting alone time and spaces. Focused on easy going co-living. 🛏️ The bedroom Around 17 m² Furnishings -The bed, desk and desk chair will leave with our current housemate, but he is leaving the big furnishings - wardrobe and drawers - we are happy to take delivery of itmes before you move in to make it an easy transition. 🌟 Who we’re looking for We’re looking for someone with an international vibe, who is relaxed, enjoys their own rhythm, sociable, respectful, and open-minded to create a communal feel (not excluding introverts by any stretch!). We place great importance on cleanliness and respect for shared spaces whilst being able to feel at home. The flat is clean and well-maintained, and we’re looking for someone with the same standards.
