A large garden runs along the back of the house, shared between everyone who lives here. Summer dinners, a place to work outside, somewhere to breathe that isn't a cafe - the kind of thing that is almost impossible to find this close to Paris.

A mix of French and international students and young professionals, aged 18 to 30. One person per room.
THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
Montreuil is one of the liveliest corners of the eastern edge of Paris: street markets, artist studios, bars and cinemas, without Paris prices. Metro Robespierre (line 9) is a short walk away and central Paris is a few stops down the line.
PRACTICAL

- You can register at this address (proof of address provided), useful for your bank account, residence permit and administrative steps

- Deposit returned within 30 days after the end of the lease

TO BOOK
Passport copy and proof of income (employment or internship contract, blocked account, savings, last 3 payslips, or a guarantor). The deposit and membership fee are charged once you enter your payment details online. Rent is only due a few days before your contract starts.
LEAVING
Departures are at the end of the month: rent is due through the last day of your final month.
