Colocation 4 pièces meublée de 92 m² à ...

Colocation de 3 personnes dans un 94 m², 4 pièces, situé dans le 19ème entre les stations Ourcq et Porte de Pantin.
L'appartement est à 100 mètres du canal de l’Ourcq et du parc de la Villette, avec un Franprix en face de l'immeuble, un Carrefour City et un Monop, des pharmacies, boulangeries, boucheries, deux marchés et un très bon fromager (raclette oblige) dans un rayon de 500 m.
Nous sommes actuellement 3 à y vivre et nous cherchons quelqu’un pour une sous-location afin de me remplacer pendant mon voyage, pour une durée de 6 mois à partir de début Novembre, avec possibilité de prolongation de quelques mois.
Nous sommes :
Samia : 36 ans, cadre en marketing digital chez UCPA.
Nadia : 28 ans, Sommelière dans un Restaurant à Paris et qui était la première à sous-louer ma chambre avant de nous rejoindre indéfiniment (on est sympas)
Yanis : 34 ans, futur vadrouilleur qui sous-loue sa chambre
Samia a été élue meilleure chineuse du 19ème et, accessoirement, la bouille la plus joyeuse de l’immeuble !
Nous passons pas mal de temps en cuisine, aimons danser, chanter, rigoler en regardant Malcolm et exploiter notre précieux balcon pour des planchas de folie l’été !
Nous aimons tout autant le calme (surtout l’hiver) et la propreté afin de bien profiter de l’espace que nous avons — des plantes y prospèrent en nombre, paraît-il ;)
La chambre proposée fait 16 m², est déjà meublée, et la personne en sous-location pourra profiter de tout ce qu’il y a dans la chambre, ainsi que de mes nombreux bouquins.
Pour la sous-location, nous cherchons une personne dans la même tranche d’âge, partageant nos valeurs, aimant les moments de convivialité tout en sachant respecter l’intimité de chacun et les espaces.
Nous avons également un parking et une cave avec le logement.

Three-person shared flat in a 94 m², 4-room apartment, located in the 19th arrondissement, between Ourcq and Porte de Pantin metro stations.
The apartment is 100 meters from Canal de l’Ourcq and La Villette Park, with a Franprix right across the street, a Carrefour City and a Monoprix nearby, as well as pharmacies, bakeries, butcher shops, two markets, and an excellent cheese shop (raclette is mandatory) within a 500 m radius.
We are currently three living in the apartment and are looking for someone to sublet my room while I’m traveling, for a 6-month period starting early november, with a possibility to extend for a few additional months.
We are:
Samia: 36, Digital Marketing Manager at UCPA
Nadia: 28, Sommelier at a Parisian Restaurant — She was the first to sublet my room before joining us indefinitely.
Yanis: 34, future wanderer subletting his room
Samia has been voted the best thrift-shop hunter in the 19th arrondissement and, incidentally, the happiest face in the building!
We spend quite a lot of time in the kitchen, love dancing and singing, laughing while watching Malcolm in the Middle, and making the most of our precious balcony with epic summer BBQs!
We also value calm (especially in winter) and cleanliness so we can truly enjoy the space we share — plenty of plants seem to be thriving here ;)
The room available is 16 m², already furnished, and the subtenant will be welcome to use everything in the room, including my many books.
For the sublet, we’re looking for someone in a similar age range, who shares our values, enjoys convivial moments, while also respecting everyone’s privacy and the spaces.
The apartment also comes with a parking space and a cellar.
