Furnished 4-room shared apartment of 70...
Hello, I've been living in this apartment with roommates for a year and a half now, and it's time for me to move on to new adventures and vacate my lovely room. Here's a little about the place: The apartment is 70m² and very bright (since it's a corner unit) with two balconies, one of which is perfect for dining, etc. It's fully furnished, with a separate toilet and bathroom (with a washing machine), and we also have a large cellar that can hold bicycles, as well as a secure parking space available in the building. 😊 PS: (The photo of the room doesn't show that there's a closet curtain to hide the contents (I hadn't closed it)). 🛏️ The room I'm vacating is also furnished, with a double bed, a wardrobe, and a bedside table. 📍 It's located between the banks of the Lez River and the Voltaire tram stop, 5 minutes from tram lines 1, 3, and 4, and there are small shops nearby (bakery, Lidl, Spar, Carrefour, etc.). We're also a 10-minute walk from the Comédie theater. 💶 The rent is €400/month + approximately €35-40 for electricity/gas/internet depending on consumption. It's a joint tenancy agreement, and the security deposit upon moving in is €750. The apartment will be available around November 7th (to be confirmed).
