My name is Fatima, I'm a manager working remotely, and I live alone (and occasionally) in a lovely, newly renovated, very bright, 85 m² (915 sq ft) 4-bedroom apartment, maintained by a cleaning lady. I'm offering three bedrooms for rent, including one of 12.25 m² (135 sq ft) with a nice private furnished balcony, for a responsible and respectful student (the other two bedrooms are occupied by Nora and Iman). Rent: €465... including all utilities, including cleaning of common areas once a week: €165. Total rent + utilities = €630, payable at the beginning of the month; no other bills. Security deposit: two months' rent, or €930. Shared tenancy agreement, eligible for housing assistance (ALS). Visale guarantee required.
