We c is Nathalie & Jean marie we are a family and owner of our house of 200m2 we share with several roommates student assets, family friendly atmosphere we offer rooms with large Hardly desk bed 15 minutes from Angers to center car Large house (200 m²) with terrace, garden of 1500 m2, with parking, fully closed, chickens for good sorts and fresh eggs, Great stay of 79m2 with kitchen! The area is super quiet the street is not very busy, and the house is well insulated, so fairly quiet :) The house is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, 2 fridges, ect ... What reduce household chores to their bare minimum to make the most of the atmosphere! Telephone and wireless Internet (WiFi) in the house. 2 shower rooms including a private, 2 toilets can park your car, motorcycle, bicycle or scooter; on our private parking and fully closed The rent is 400 euros / room all included.
