To book the system, a reservation fee of âĤ¬ 500 is required, to be charged before check-in, along with the deposit, cleaning costs equal to âĤ¬ 200, vat included and any additional costs for bed linen supply. The price does not provide cleaning facility available on request for a fee with/without towel adjustment. The price does not cover check-in/out on Sundays, public holidays and late / early hours. The italian tax code is required for rentals that last more than 1 month, and is available through our dedicated paid assistance. Cancellation policy no refund will be made in case of early termination of bookings with set dates.
