The leasing agreement sets out details; The leasing price covers broadband wi-fi, electricity, building expenses and lease processing costs; If you wish to leave the flat earlier, you simply need to inform us by providing at least 21 days notice period; Check-in time: from 3pm till 9pm per day; Check-out time: from 11am. PAYMENTE EXTRA: Once your reservation has been registered, we will be in touch with you directly to ask you to pay: the security deposit, equivalent to a month's rent and the cleaning fee (cost starting at 175 euros).
