The Holt is located off Forest Road, just a few minutes away from the campus of Loughborough University.This accommodation is just less than five minutes’ walking distance to the vibrant and spacious campus of Loughborough University. It may have the atmosphere of a campus hall, but it also comes with extra features, such as being close to the town centre. Also, the Students’ Union is just less than 10 minutes’ walk away from the facility.From outside the facility on Forest Road, you c...an have access to buses going to the train station and the town centre. Just fifteen minutes’ walking distance from it is a Tesco megastore and other shops and bars of the Loughborough town centre.Similar with other student accommodations in London, contents insurance Wi-Fi, and all other bills are included in the room price; thus, leaving you no worries about unexpected costs.*The building accepts dual occupancy on studios and some One-Bedroom flats. There is a new policy in place which incurs a 25% surcharge on the weekly rate.Please note that the tenancy will be under one student name only as we cannot have 2 tenants listed on the contract. The booking form should include the name of the student who will be responsible for the rent and the name of the second tenant.
