We are offering our comfortable four-room apartment to two students sharing. Our 21-year-old son will be present (he works). The monthly charges of €350 include absolutely everything (heating, electricity, Wi-Fi, water). Our apartment is very well located for students, just steps from the Faculty of Arts, a 10-minute walk from the Faculty of Law, and close to the tram, which provides quick access to EDHEC business school, IPAG, the city center, the train station, the airport, and every...where in Nice. All shops are nearby. The apartment is located in a beautiful residence on the 3rd floor with a sea view and a view of the residence's swimming pool. The residence also has a nice gym. It is secure, very well maintained, and has a concierge.
