At 29 Boulevard de l'Université, in a gated community. A few minutes' walk from the university campus / Bus stop right outside the building. Parking spaces within the complex + free parking in front of the building. On the 1st floor, in a large, modern, and furnished 66m² apartment, one room is available for a shared flat. Ideal for a student, the apartment is fully furnished and includes internet access; all you need to bring is your suitcase. The kitchen is equipped with a c...eramic hob and extractor fan, a refrigerator, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a washing machine. The living room has a sofa, a coffee table, a dining table for four, and a 140cm TV. The bathroom has a shower and sink (as well as a storage cupboard). A large closet leading to the bedrooms is also shared between the two flatmates. The room is furnished with a double bed (140x200 cm) with a duvet, a bedside table, a wardrobe, a desk, and a lamp. The rent is €330 per month. Utilities, including building fees, electricity, and fiber optic internet, are €80 per month. Individual lease agreement (no joint liability clause): you can leave the shared accommodation at any time without affecting the rent for the other roommates. No agency fees.
