Hello, we are offering a comfortable 100 m² house for a student shared apartment for up to 5 people. It is fully equipped and furnished. The house is located near EDHEC Business School (bus stop 3 minutes away), the IUT C (University of Lille), the IUT C (Roubaix), the Institute of Marketing and Distribution Management, and the LEA (Applied Foreign Languages) department of the University of Lille. You are also 35 minutes from the center of Lille by public transport. The entrance opens ...into a hallway leading to a bedroom with its own bathroom and toilet, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bright living room opening onto a small courtyard. A staircase leads to the first floor, which has two bedrooms, each with a washbasin and shower. On the second floor, you will find another bedroom (available from March 5, 2023), a bathroom with two sinks and a shower, and a separate toilet. The last bedroom is located on the 3rd floor. The house is fully equipped and furnished. You will find a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, microwave, cleaning supplies, and a flat-screen TV. Dishes are also provided. All you have to do is unpack!
