This residence was thought and realized for the students. The residence is also accessible to young workers in training. It offers 182 apartments, from the studio of 18 m² to T1 bis of about 29 m². The characteristics of our dwellings open the possibility of receiving Social Housing Assistance (ALS) deducted each month from the rent.
