Located in the district of Denfert-Rochereau in the center of Paris, the residence is close to all shops. Public transport (metro 4 and 6, RER B) offers direct and quick access to schools and universities. This residence was thought and realized for the students. The residence is also accessible to young workers in training. It offers 167 furnished studios of 17 m² to 23 m². The accommodations are adapted to the frame suitable for studies. The studios have bathroom, main room furnished and equipped kitchen (sink, refrigerator, hotplates, microwave, crockery). The characteristics of our dwellings open the possibility of receiving Social Housing Assistance (ALS) deducted each month from the rent. Also, a housekeeper ensures a permanence for all the administrative and technical questions. A duty officer ensures a watch for emergency interventions at night and on weekends (excluding summer school holidays).
